4 Go-To-Market Strategies from GoPro, Slack, Shopify and Trader Joe's

I recently did a presentation on "go-to-marketing strategies" for a group of college students in an entrepreneurial program here in Boston. My prompt was pretty simply: how do you go to market in 2017 with your product? 

Furthermore, In a world where people don't just care about a product because it's new, how do you distinguish yourself from your competition? I took a crack at answering this using GoProSlack, Shopify and Trader Joe's as examples.
